In addition to being the author of numerous books, Shenandoah brings a deep understanding of trauma-informed care and the impact of stress on human services employees. 


Shenandoah has worked to increase overall staff well-being in a variety of organizations including K-12 education, health care, state and local government offices, and human service nonprofits.
