Experience

As a Chief Executive Officer, Jay has led all aspects of a complex social services agency. He has been responsible for ensuring the integrity of the organization’s client services, finances, timely reporting and disclosure requirements, internal controls, and management information systems.

Within Jay’s executive portfolio, he has managed 31 programs under the broad headings of mental health and well-being, children and parents, food and finances, refugees and immigrants, and housing and shelters. 

As a skilled community organizer, Jay has expanded services by identifying key stakeholders and nurturing relationships to expand homeless services, and housing and services to families at risk of homelessness.
