Experience

Erica has extensive experience working with non-profits in the human services area. She advises and collaborates with executive leaders, government agencies, boards, and staff on mission execution, strategic direction, and project implementation and development. She has directed a county-wide homeless response system including organizing programming, training, grantmaking, and partner development and support. Further, she has overseen and implemented county-wide regulatory and strategic response to homelessness including managing agency and system processes, community engagement, and cross-system integrations with health, criminal justice, and education areas.

Her forte is directing and troubleshooting operational and program matters, and identifying and implementing improvement strategies. Erica has utilized legal and policy analysis for local governments, public and private entities, and stakeholders nationwide to implement solutions to end homelessness.
