Deborah provided Quality Assurance to 26 programs, completed program and agency audits, assisted with RFPs and contract renewals, and facilitated case management, crisis management, HIPAA, POCA, Narcan/Naloxone, AWARDS, and Incident report training. She has provided field instruction to social work students. She is a knowledgeable social worker and accomplished operations executive. As a coordinator and case manager, she has provided mental health counseling to 174 formerly homeless veterans at a supportive housing SRO. As a supervising case manager, her team provided support services at a family shelter housing 140 families.Â
